Who am I?
I am Robert Ricketts, a part-time photographer since
1980. I enjoy both the artistic and technical aspect of photography!
"Part-time" simply means that I don't make my living solely from photography. I'm also a computer consultant for commercial and residential clients. See www.columbiacomputer.net
Because I work part-time, I have the luxury of accepting fewer jobs and giving each the time and attention it deserves. Since my livelihood isn't dependent solely on photography, I don't feel pressured to jump into another job right after yours.
I've shot weddings, graduation photos, corporate events, open houses, head shots, product promotional material, sporting events, wildlife, and miscellaneous people, places, and things. I've done all this for hire as well for my personal pleasure and growth.
My photos have been published in print and in multiple editions of Inside Columbia magazine.
